Who we are

Steinbach Christian High School is fully accredited by the Province of Manitoba Department of Education. SCHS offers both Middle Years (Grades 5-8) and Senior Years (Grades 9-12) programs.

Steinbach Christian High School is associated with the following church groups who appoint representatives to the Board of Directors:

• The Chortitzer Mennonite Conference
• The Evangelical Mennonite Conference
• Southland Community Church
• Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church

Steinbach Christian High School is a member of:

• Manitoba Federation of Independent Schools (MFIS)
• Canadian Association of Mennonite Schools (CAMS)
• Canadian Council of Christian Charities (CCCC)

Steinbach Christian High School shares its campus with Steinbach Bible College (SBC)

We are a Christian school

We are an active school

• SCHS competes in volleyball, basketball, badminton, soccer, track and field and golf
• Various committees such as Student Council, yearbook and school newspaper offer opportunities for skill development
• Annual tours for chamber choir, praise and worship team and drama team
• Many of our musicals such as "HMS Pinafore", "Where's Charley",  "Annie",  "Anne of Green Gables", "My Fair Lady", and "The Mikado" have been tremendous successes. All students can become involved.
